Dispatch & Delivery

All deliveries are made between Monday and Friday. We do not deliver on Saturdays

We only deliver to Mainland UK. We do NOT deliver to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or Isles of Scilly or any other countries outside the UK.

We require a signature for all deliveries, so please ensure someone is available. If no-one is available our Carrier will leave a card advising that the goods have been taken back to the depot and delivery will be attempted again. After two failed attempts the goods are returned to our warehouse. If this happens any carriage charge that has been paid will not be refunded back. If the goods are requested to be despatched again, a further delivery charge will be made for this and payment must be received before despatch is made.

We will consider shipping to Northern Ireland however the order must be telephoned through in order for a price to be quoted for the cost of shipping.

We do NOT deliver to PO box addresses.

REMOTE POSTCODES: A limited number of remote postcodes are subject to an additional delivery charge. We will notify you immediately if this applies to your order, and will only proceed with your approval.

DELIVERY UPSTAIRS: Please also be aware that the courier is contracted to deliver to the address stated on the order. Please include your relevant FLOOR number on the order.

FURNITURE: The courier is only insured to deliver FURNITURE items to the GROUND FLOOR ONLY. You will need to arrange for transportation of the goods yourself to any other floor.

SAFES: Please be aware that the delivery of a safe is always dependant upon the access to the building. Delivery is FREE to the ground floor if there is no access problems (e.g. steps, door size, etc). There may be an additional charge for any other delivery conditions. You will be required to answer some basic access questions when you purchase a safe.

Order has been signed by unknown person

If the name on the online tracking is not recognisable then please contact Office-genie and they will obtain a hard copy proof. We will provide hard copy proof of delivery for you to view, if the signature is still not recognisable our customer services team will log an investigation with our courier and keep you informed of their findings.

Product Returns

Returns are FREE of charge and hassle free. e-mail us via the Contact Us link on the homepage within FOURTEEN DAYS of receipt and we will arrange for a collection at no charge to you. You will receive a full credit. Damaged items and shortages need to be brought to our attention within three days.

We may accept returns for items not required after fourteen days but at our discretion and less than 100% credit value. Please note that due to health and safety regulations we are unable to accept returns on any food or beverage goods, including biscuits, coffee or water.

How do I make a Return?

To make a return, please repackage the item in the original packaging within FOURTEEN DAYS(including all manuals and component parts) and Click here to arrange collection of goods, and complete the form on the Contact us page.

Please do not send in any items by post as this will delay the processing of your return.

Returned products must be in an unused and resalable condition unless they are defective or were damaged upon receipt. Damaged items and shortages need to be brought to our attention within three days.

I have a product that I do not require

If the item(s) you have ordered is not what you were expecting we will collect the product, free of charge.

We need to be advised of the item(s) that you do not want no later that 14 days from date of delivery.

The goods need to be in their original packaging and in good condition.

BUSINESS MACHINES can not be resold if the original box has been opened. Therefore you can not return a business machine if you have opened the box, unless it is damaged or faulty.

We will advise you of the returns number via email, goods will be collected within three working days from date of returns number being advised and a credit issued within a week of the collection. If you paid by credit/debit card then the refund will go back onto the card paid with.

I have items missing from my order

If you have items missing from your order please check firstly to see if there is another parcel due to you. You can do this by tracking your order from the my account section of the site and clicking the track button.

Please check your email and dispatch note to confirm that an item is not on backorder before raising a query.

If nothing further is expected please inform us via email

All shortages need to be reported within 3 days from date of delivery.
